Asia is the world’s fastest growing region for commercial arbitration, and it has its own scholarly journal on the subject. The Asian International Arbitration Journal provides scholarly and practical commentary on all aspects of international arbitration applicable throughout Asia.
The Journal is published twice each year in collaboration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, which is quickly becoming the center for commercial arbitration in Asia. Issues include ‘how-to’ guidance as well as expert reviews of the different arbitral institutions, regulatory changes and increasing body of case law and awards in Asia. Each issues includes articles, notes on awards, legislation updates, and book reviews. John Howley, Esq. New York, New York
